Public Display of Affection...

Whoopadee fricken doo!

Our school is great.
Great teachers, plenty of classes... I actually learn stuff...
But if there is one thing I hate about our school it's the PDA Control.
Do they honestly think they are doing some good? The only reason I can come up with for the reason behind their PDA control is to prevent sex. Kids don't get aroused in school, they won't feel like going home after school and bangin' each other.

Which is bogus crap.
They aren't doing anything. If kids are in the hallways kissing, they are going to to it outside of school. They aren't controlling anything!

Sure they might be over reactive about PDA because it's "disgusting" and "annoying," but it can't be THAT bad. Not as bad as annoying as pot smoking going on at campus. Not as annoying as kids who go to school with a hang-over. And certainly not as annoying as people swearing at the top of their lungs.

So why do they make such a big deal?

Technically, PDA is giving my best friend a High-Five. It's not like I'm going to give a smelly old poo-head who peed on me in the 7th grade a high five! I'm going to give a high-five to someone I'm affectionate towards. Someone who is my FRIEND.

And dumbest of all... There's a REALLY simple solution if PDA bugs you so goddamn much. DON'T LOOK!

Take for instance, today.
Actually look at two days ago. There was this teacher who stopped me right before I walked into class and said, "Can you please stop making out with your girlfriend down the hall? I see you down there every day, and it's really annoying."

To which my only response was, "It's not making out..." All we do is peck. And she was persistent that it was making out... Keep in mind, were she "sees" us from is about 100 feet down the hall. Seriously.

Now today.

I once again was giving my girlfriend a few pecks on the lips. Big deal. My friend Kayla walks by this teacher right as she sticks her head out (keep this in mind...) to get a look at me, and say,"Oh, look, they're at it again!" So Kayla tells me this.

Remember a couple sentances ago when I said "...sticks her head out..."

Yeah. She TRIED to get a look at us. Not to mention when I'm standing at my locker like I always do, I can't even see her at all...

Now remember a few enter spaces ago when I said:

"And dumbest of all... There's a REALLY simple solution if PDA bugs you so goddamn much. DON'T LOOK!"

Once again... SHE WAS TRYING TO LOOK AT US!

That pisses me off! That's like watching a car crash, thinking about it, purposely driving into the existing car crash, then complaining about getting into a car crash. Seriously!!

GET A LIFE TEACHERS!*

*Does not apply to the cool teachers who decide not to crash into a car crash.
Take for instance my LA teacher. When she sees me in the hallway holding my girlfriend's side, which would make some people uncomfortable apparently (see teacher talked about above), she smartly just looks ahead like I'm not there.

Now THAT'S smart. If you don't want to see something that's going to make you uncomfortable, DON'T EFFING LOOK!
